Up for rent is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom upper unit apartment in a duplex with water and gas included! This apartment is located at 1129 Howard St in Port Huron. Rent is $825 per month BUT if you pay BEFORE the 1st your rent will only be $805. The security deposit is $825 and the electric will have to be put into your name. To be considered your household income must be $2,475 or greater per month and an eviction, criminal and credit check will be performed prior to an approval. An application is required for anyone living in the household that is 18 years of age or older. Applications are not submitted for approval unless filled out completely so please bring a valid photo ID, a month’s worth of pay stubs and your previous landlords contact information, if applicable. One pet is welcomed but no animals over 50 lbs. A non-refundable $150 pet deposit and an additional $25 monthly fee will apply.
