Up for rent is a 1,110 square foot, 2.5 (2 bedroom, 1 office) bedroom, 1.5 ( 1 full, 1 half) bathroom HOUSE with a basement (storage only) and a fenced in backyard with a shed. This house is located at 1718 Lyon St in Port Huron. Please drive by and take a look before calling to make sure the house will work for you before reaching out to schedule a showing. Rent is $1140 per month BUT if you pay BEFORE the 1st your rent will only be $1100. The security deposit is $1140 and the water, gas and electric will have to be put into your name. To be considered your household income must be $3,420 or greater per month and an eviction, criminal and credit check will be performed prior to an approval. An application is required for anyone living in the household that is 18 years of age or older. Applications are not submitted for approval unless filled out completely so please bring a valid photo ID, a month’s worth of pay stubs and your previous landlords contact information, if applicable. One pet is welcomed but no animals over 50 lbs. A non-refundable $200 pet deposit and an additional $25 monthly fee will apply.
